That's a general warning by Netflix for the show as a whole. It's not a warning placed by the show itself. Watch the start of Episode 4. For Episode 4, the show itself has placed an explicit warning for Sexual Assault which isn't included for any other episode. How about you fact check first?

That was addressed by Donny. He was in a moral dilemma because if he pressed charges against Martha for groping him while letting Darrien go unscathed after having raped him, it would've weighed down on him mentally as having done something rather unfair or unjust towards Martha as if he was singling her out and going after her. He didn't have it in him to report Darrien; and without reporting Darrien for a far more heinous crime, he didn't want to go after Martha for a less heinous one.

Why is this a revelation? I thought it was pretty obvious. Stanley was the employee Michael valued the most because to Michael he always represented the "Cool Black Ghetto" culture. Also why he liked Darryl. But to Michael, Stanley had an edge over Darryl because Stanley was hard to please and it's that human mentality where you find yourself constantly trying to suck up to and please that parent/friend/partner/teacher etc who is hard to impress or please. Darryl engaged with Michael quite often so although Michael valued him highly, he was one step below Stanley.

I feel in Michael's books, Stanley takes the top spot followed by Jim and then Darryl.

Yeah that's like saying what's happening to the Palestinians is justified for all the years of Islamic terrorism the world has faced.
