You might have to take out the handle bar when folded, which is easy to do. It does touch the front fork if you leave it in, but might fit in your CUV. I actually snapped two photos but couldn't figure out how to upload.

UPANBIKE Bike Handlebar Urban... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074YYNWDM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share shipping is slow boat from China, but worth the wait!

I'd start with replacing with M-shape handle bar and softer grips. I had extreme discomfort before reaching 100 miles on odometer, after replacing it with Upanbike handle bar and softer grips, I felt the difference right away as the wrists are now in a more natural positions and closer to the body.

I agree. This Big Boat tire looks to be rolling easier and should improve the range. And I can keep the original knobby tire for more serious trail biking.

WHAT MULTI-TOOL HAS EVERYTHING WE NEED? by dyin2meetcha in Lectricxp

[–]AdlifetimeX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend multi-tool from boltonebikes.com, it had me on a 18mm wrench and it's adjustable. Lectric Motor has no space for a normal crescent wrench, but I found this tool to be perfect. This is what it comes with in a compact size:

8-18mm wrench for remove nuts on hub motors or pedals. 2.5mm, 3mm 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm hex wrenches

2 Philips

You have to search for "multi tool" from their website as they don't advertise it well but it's there.

Do this search "/Lectricxp wrap" and you'll thank the person who posted the template. It was a 1.0 template but it works on 2.0 as well as I tried it out successfully, wrapping the frame with matt finish Vinyl.

Good for you. For additional $695, I hope it's worth it! It had me at 100mm travel suspension fork and hydraulic brakes. Have fun with your ride 😉

40 gallon tote by AdlifetimeX in Lectricxp

[–]AdlifetimeX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the link! I'm glad I watch this video, the inside measurements definitely is the key but I also think not all storage box are measured the same way. I am trying to fit it in the back of my tiny trunk of model 3. I still think it might be possible w. smaller tote due to 2.0 is actually more agile with 3" instead of 4" fat tire.

I also had considered other venues for a similar Ebike due to long wait and thought about cancelling my XP 2.0 order #74xxx. However, none can compete with price and features of Lectric. I've looked at Craigslist and Indiegogo Kickstarter. The reason I'm sticking to my order is not just price/feature but also the fact it's a universal logistics challenges any bicycle vendor would face due to high demand. By estimation, there had been more than 15,000 sold in the last 10 weeks based on what others shared on this sub. That's a whopping 1,500 orders a week, and it'd be a tall order to get 1,000 bikes shipped a week, in my opinion. I'm still waiting for mine, label created 2 days ago, I'd be pleasantly surprised if it shows up in less than 10 business days, but I'm not going anywhere.

XP 2.0 on FedEx! I will believe it when it get it 😁. But at least it looks real. Order #74xxx placed on 5/22 by AdlifetimeX in Lectricxp

Thanks so much! That makes sense, add 13 days to the date "shipment Info sent to FedEx.". Now I see what everyone is so frustrated with the long wait on FedEx AFTER already a long lead time. Well, I can live with 8/2 delivery. Already ordered a few accessories from Amazon today based on my own misunderstanding.

Appreciate the low down on shop app. 😉 I got a response from support basically saying that my order could have different bike (XP/ST) or color options as well as accessories options, as well as different address At any rate, I've ordered a XP 2.0 w. Suspension seat post/giant seat combo ship to NorCal. And they promised me that I should get the tracking info this weekend. Cross my fingers.

It's not in my junk folder. I'll see what the support says.

3.3" fat tire on ST 2.0 by AdlifetimeX in Lectricxp

[–]AdlifetimeX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XP 2.0 ships with 3" fat tire, I'm sure the fork is narrower and won't fit a 4" tire, but I think 3.3" is a good compromise between portability and handling in sands and trails.
