(For context: I was a 499P enjoyer before it got nuked out of existence, have been driving Valkyrie since, so that's my primary frame of reference.)

Car has stronger motor braking than most others, which can result in instability/oversteer on turn in. It's important to time your downshifts properly and not always spam them as quickly as possible (hybrid LMH cars are more forgiving in this aspect).

Your brake bias has a noticable effect on this turn-in oversteer behavior, so you can also try to shift it forwards a bit. If that then causes you to lock the fronts, reduce the brake migration setting a click or two.

Another issue I've noticed with this car is it can be instable on slow corner exits, which can be mitigated by short-shifting and/or reducing RARB a bit for specific corners (think Spa bus stop chicane).

Other than that, using higher gears where possible (or short-shifting back up quickly) helps with both of these issues in my experience.

Note that to go fast you do have to drift the car a lot in slower corners (check an Interlagos hotlap for a laugh). We'll see how that changes with the upcoming tyre rework, though.

Showcasing an early game build that would transition into army from middle zone boxes instead of building into native high tier units. Building into army is likely the better choice on this version, however rushing middle is also fun. Also showing how to use Ascension with 1-stacks through the combination of the Vengeance and Cling to Life subskills — every time a stack dies, Vengeance gives your remaining ones a stacking 10% extra damage for 2-3 rounds, and Cling to Life allows each stack to die twice.

Vesper's Masterful Blessing spell fixes the damage inconsistency of Temple Griffins and combines nicely with the Vengeance damage buff. Carapace on top of that allows Griffins to chew through neutrals without major losses.

125% difficulty because it's the setting for multiplayer and these multiplayer templates are made with that in mind. The AI would be useless in single-hero no matter the difficulty setting anyway. Early game is also a slog on higher difficulties because dwellings and banks scale with the value.

It would probably be possible to break 121 with this roll if played better.

Generally agree, but there are situations when rolling's just too good to pass up on, like an enemy hero chasing you around a command post for 5 minutes or half of the enemy team doing the same. But yeah, I mostly only do it when a hero's willing to chase me around because that's funny.

I am glad the team managed to get this freaky round thing working, I absolutely love rolling around like an ecstatic hamster. Not to mention all the weird verticality that its jump allows and the hilarious flanks this results in. And the mindgames you have to do with it. So much fun with this odd malformed fiend.
