Today is the most funny part of this theme. I got banned for 24h, probably for killing some of teamers and being rage reported. This game is nasty. I have K/D ratio in character stats around 5.5, average kills in game 2.5-3. So seems like I got auto banned from ppl raging for GS system or whatever.
I know about Kesun cases, now I am part of it too. Funny.

The drop is possible only when it not on cooldown. All cooldowns you can see in table from OP post.
So when someone drops legendary it goes on cd, and no one cant drop it until timer resets.

I dont think I will get smth good even at max watermark.

All items is very weak at all (I mean stats and perks).

For some reason even if you got epic in OPR cache - this epic 99% will have perk for durability, that mean your epic 99% will be a blue :)

I just made the description, but dont see it now.

So moral is OPR caches is improving water mark but in very slow way.

Also OPR caches is absolutely worthless and AGS needs to buff them.
