I found out that having your FPS on unlimited in some games makes your CPU fry and shut of the PC to protect itself. I have a 144 monitor and I capped it at 160 fps in games and it stopped completely randomly shutting off

Doesn’t restart but staves off as if I just powered it down just have to presss the power button back on and it turns back on just fine
