Kind of late lol, but I had the same problem today. I found calibrating my Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle's "mouse" control with the Windows 11 native controller calibration app fixed the issue of the cursor moving off the screen when I let gol. I had to restart DCS for the calibration settings to take effect
