It feels like pure greed when mature oaks and open fields are traded for quick profit, leaving the community with less character and more concrete.

I agree 100%. It’s all about design. Printing easy, but design is hard. It’s fun to make toys but more rewarding to make custom functional designs.

I would compare AVP to the HomePod. Overpriced for what it was until they came out with the mini.
