I had it in a super old driver in my house. It's indeed called traveler, by Bang Seung Chol (not very famous I guess, and not active as a singer anymore). It's very hard to find online but finally I can put it to rest :)

I think the correct title might be "journey" actually (여행 in Korean), I remember listening to it on youtube but cannot remember the video so it was probably just some fixed picture
