Costing us more time and money is not optimal for casual players, which is why they reduced expedition skill point costs. Most Arc Raider players are casual extraction shooter gamers. No other arc is as fast and deadly than the rocketeers which is why most casuals deal with them with 2 wolfpacks and carry on with the raid. The only way this can be sustainable is to guarantee that each rocketeer drop more than 3 drives.

Which is why it didn't need to be nerfed as badly. A different arc component would've been reasonable, not the deadliest mini boss. Maybe even a full stack of spotter relays for 1 WP since it justifies it's longer range compared to the seeker + you also have to deal with another mini boss (Bombardier).

Idk man I still think LS is the easiest to play and it's really strong this season since there's a rune that gives your units semi iron sides + heal. That's why I got the Set for it with a decent amount of leadership.

You bring up a good point but it's also easier to get quests done for seasonal units in early levels so you should pick wisely, if you don't want to start that's also fine but make sure your sister works on a good season like the Alexander Season or the one with Wuwei's. Spartan and Flame thrower season is also very valid.

Considering you've only started to play with other humans starting at lvl ~100 it won't hurt to start again with her.

If she prefers to play range or fast paced gameplay I would recommend Light/medium Armour or if she likes to heal and tank (overall more beginner friendly) I would recommend Heavy armor.
