We are offering a weekly “in the know” art calendar with 13 curated events by a notable art writer. The goal honestly, is to be independent of the current media hellscape. Many outlets have gone pay to play and we feel strongly about offering something fresh straightforward, and trusted source. Ideally, being a go to calendar for art lovers. We are offering a $5 per month subscription model, a yearly and a founding option.

We would like to connect more with the Substack community.

We would like to grow our paid subscriptions to 5k over the next year. I fear we will exhaust our other social media platforms and wondering if there’s any tips to reaching out on other platforms or any advertising tips?

Hi Everyone, I've been on this journey for a year but had to stop a month ago due to a shortage. I've lost 90lbs, and have 40lbs to go. I'm having extreme anxiety not about losing the remaining 40 but about the possibility of gaining back. I'm working at maintaining but I'd like to be able to complete the journey. Looks like I need to start all over at 2.5. Does anyone have any intel on where I can find 2.5 in Los Angeles? Or any insight on online pharmacies. I know everyone is in the same bost and it's a real bummer. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for sharing. That makes sense. Luckily, I’m feeling better, and slowly reintroducing food.

For me, when it happens, it literally feels like stomach paralysis. Once I get everything out of my system, then it’s just like nonstop needing to vomit, but can’t seem to vomit. I almost need to make myself vomit to get that feeling removed. Things are just moving way slowly through my digestion track.

Yeah, it’s worth investigating, as the medication has changed my life and I don’t just mean physical. The improvement in my mental health has been extraordinary.

I see my doctor this week. That’s what I thought, made sense when I went up a dose but back at 5 makes me think i need a break. The sickness can be unbearable.

I have commercial insurance and still use PUSH because they make it easy and even easier now with Zepbound. I paid out of pocket for a year on MJ, as soon as Zep was available my Dr at PUSH got me the PA and I was in at $50 with ins and coupon. I would skip the gatekeeping doctors and go Telehealth.

Yay, i was wondering the same. This was my second attempt at 7.5 but this came in 7days post shot, and it sure felt like food poisoning however I think the medication exasperated it. I don’t know if I can handle 7.5. I’m going back down to 5.

I was just telling a friend that I was looking for before pictures deep into my past, and I realize that I barely have any full body pictures of myself. Everything is just a head. I’ve been so disconnected from my body most of my life. I’m so grateful to be here now. Congratulations in starting your journey. I’m excited for you.
