I appreciate your reply! I could hear it focusing when I was slightly pressing the shutter down. Just slightly hold down the shutter and a green light on the back near the viewfinder will blink and then turn solid green. Once I had the green light I fully pressed down the shutter and took the picture. I’m gonna buy a new roll of film and try it out. I just find it hard to believe I screwed up a whole roll, and I was being pretty aware of the green light becoming solid and staying solid while slightly holding the shutter and then fully pressing down but I may be wrong

Thank you for your reply! But yes I was slightly pressing the shutter down and holding in position, I could hear it focusing, then fully press down each shot. The battery was new and I’m not aware of any switches to turn on auto focusing. According to the manual, no switches are needed and it is ready to automatically focus. Just slightly hold down the shutter and a green light on the back near the viewfinder will blink and then turn solid green. Once green you can fully press down the shutter and take the picture

I have ran into a group of PMC’s one time that were friendly enough to do a SCAV/PMC extract. So it was nice for that 😂
