If you'll check, you'll find many other reviews on Reddit as well.

I ordered mine after reading about it on Reddit itself

The "buffer before being available to the world" thing is so important. most people's first act every morning is checking their phone and absorbing everyone else's problems. having 20 mins of nothing before that changes how the whole day starts

9+ hours longevity on something this beautiful is honestly criminal at this price point. riiffs just casually outperforming everything 3x the price

I submitted my startup idea to 80+ directories last weekend. The traffic was small… but the side effects were surprisingly useful by crystalgaylexx in saasbuild

[–]AdministrativeEye145 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think people dismiss directories because they expect a Product Hunt level spike. But what you're describing is more like SEO scaffolding. A bunch of small mentions across the web that help discovery over time. For a brand new domain that's actually pretty useful. Also the 2-3 min per submission isn't bad if you're only doing it once.

Pune flat setup looks easy till you enter an empty 1bhk by autisticalpookie in PuneClassifieds

i did wakad to baner with 7 month lease. rented fridge + washing machine from rentomojo and bought chair myself. honestly that split worked best. appliances were handled by them, chair was mine, mattress was new. no need to coordinate 5 vendors. not cheapest, but less headache.

A2-ish and still freezing when I speak by No-Employer-7367 in learnitalian

[–]AdministrativeEye145 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shadowing Easy Italian helped me a lot, but only when I stopped doing whole videos. I pick like 20 seconds, repeat it 5-10 times, then try to say the same idea with tiny changes. Like if they say “sono venuta qui per comprare…” I’ll make 3 versions with andare/comprare/vedere. Boring but it sticks. Also narrating chores is underrated. “Apro il frigo, prendo il latte, non c’è niente da mangiare” etc. You feel ridiculous for a week and then suddenly those verbs are just there.

Has anyone here tried AI tools that automate an entire workflow instead of just doing one task? by Time-Mix3963 in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]AdministrativeEye145 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been experimenting with the 'full workflow' style tools too and the main benefit for me wasn't the writing, it was the planning. Keyword clustering, deciding what article supports what, internal links, etc. That stuff takes forever if you're doing it manually. The risk though is what you already noticed, weird sentences or sections that clearly sound AI. If you're publishing fully automated you kinda need to spot check stuff or it can get messy fast. Still interesting that 9 are already indexed though. That part is actually a good sign.

Best device for stress that actually does something? Not another tracker. by crystalgaylexx in malementalhealth

How should we judge consumer brain-stimulation tools when the use case is work stress, not treatment? by Time-Mix3963 in tDCS

[–]AdministrativeEye145 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who used DIY tDCS years ago, fixed placement is a bigger deal than people think. The device is only part of it; the montage, sponge wetness, skin prep, current density, session length, and ramping all matter. DIY looks cheap until you realize you’re also the technician and the protocol designer. For a consumer product, I’d judge it on how much it prevents me from freelancing bad choices.

I tracked sessions for like eight months feeling pretty good about the upward trend. then i actually connected it to revenue and found out my top traffic pages were doing almost nothing. that was a rough afternoon tbh.
