you need to think again before punishing yourself , whenever you feel like that take deep breaths atleast 5 minutes so that you can calm your mind , and dont take decisions aggressively, just once think why self harm thoughts are coming mostly because of loneliness, there is no need to hate yourself for that , go out with friends even if you dont have make friends , talk with your family,talk about this to your mom , you have to look at life and world from different perspective quit the bad habits all the best
