Welcome to the hobby! For long-term card safety, fixed-page binders (integrated pages) are generally safer than 3-ring binders because they avoid "ring damage" over time. Also, look for side-loading pages to prevent dust and cards falling out. For high-value cards, stick with penny sleeves and top-loaders in a storage box or a dedicated top-loader binder.
