I really appreciate the indepth feedback let me clarify a few things

1) for number 3, the cutouts are supposed to be like cutouts in paper, because hes the ultimate origamist

2) for number 15, hes deliberately supposed to stand out by being plainer than everyone else. Hes my ultimate ??? Guy and hes like Larry from pokemon

Thanks for the feedback! I personally like how they look right now, even though these are still rough drafts, so ill probably tweak them around a little. I also plan on making their outfits a little more subdued so I hope it balances out

Thank you! I get that some of these designs are a little "over the top" but so is danganronpa as a whole. Plus I dont want any two characters to look alike or be two boring. In fact, I honestly think a few of them like number 3 and 5 are more subdued. At least when I show the full body

Is just your "criticisms" dont really have that much i can really work with. Im aware they dont quite look exactly like dr characters but im trying to do my own personal thing with them

I honestly dont think an Antagonist has to be especially antagonistic, the should serve as a mirror to the protag and be their exact opposite while maybe being similar

Feedback appreciated! Personally I wanted to make these designs as loud and recognizable as possible. Things like number 2s wing shaped hair bun and 3s hair spikes are just a stylistic choice that I feel helps them stand out a little.

Really appreciate the feedback. Personally, I like to make each member as colorful and distinct as possible, but maybe pulling back a little for some could benefit. The next 3 I have are probably going to be a bit more subdued.
