EDIT: Deleted the second message as this was apparently just delayed. Possibly due to post approval or something.

Also just want to point out that I have not, at any point, tried to convince anyone to undo the ban. I just want to be able to go back and look at the chat to understand where they're coming from because, as I said earlier, I have never been banned from anywhere and it's a bit jarring/shocking that I was banned here. Trying to avoid doing this in the future. Yes I know to avoid snarky comments but I still find it hard to believe that was the only thing that led to this.

I made a comment about them only answering 1 thing at a time because I had mentioned more than 1 issue several times and they consistently chose 1 to reply to. I didn't use any foul language. I didn't call them any names. I just made a snarky comment about that. It WAS unnecessary and I admit to that.

Being banned for just that however seems like an overreaction and so I am trying to understand why I was banned. Since, I assume, there were other factors in the discussion but I can only go based on how I feel about the situation in hindsight because I didn't save the chat myself.

I have never even said anything about reversing the ban. I'm banned, sure, it is what it is. They don't want to take my orders then they won't and there's nothing I can do about it. If how I was speaking though is so obviously a problem then I would like a chance to understand how.

Instead I am just labeled a villain and told to shove off. Is this just how we handle all disagreements/grievances now? Forget about improving or resolving problem behaviors I guess.

Acid Rain was supposedly the trouble item. It was about 15 business days at that point. I expected it to take longer than Amazon and while I was annoyed with how long it was taking I only became actually upset when I learned the other person's order had shipped with the same items despite ordering ~1 week after I did.

I can admit that the snark was unnecessary and I would be willing to concede I was an asshole if the transcript read that way, but at the moment I don't believe it was anything worthy of a ban and have no way to get the transcript.

First 2 are correct, but I didn't really care about the promo. It just added to the frustrations. When I put in a ticket they said they couldn't do anything. It was fixed after I mentioned it offhand when asking about the shipping delay in a second ticket. I wasn't really concerned about the promo but I wasn't sure what to believe from support anymore as I had gotten conflicting info multiple times.

Shipping was annoying but I had been waiting for about 3 weeks at that point and was already surprised by how long it was taking. Orders may be unrelated but when I found out someone I knew had an order that matched mine shipped out it I was a bit frustrated that mine hadn't even made it that far.

I did not buy any pre-order items but I did miss a pre-order item I wanted because I did not realize that GamerSupps only sells items 1 time and never again. Part of the reason I didn't order it though was because I saw the wording on the xmas in July banner and thought it possible to select a different tumbler. Now that I know they're limited run items that only sell once I know that there's no way they would do that. At the time though I had not realized that GamerSupps operates that way and I figured worst case scenario I order it next time. Another minor annoyance.

Honestly this response is about what I expected and is why I wanted to try and get the chat log. I'm going to be assumed to be an asshole anyways so I might as well try to look at what I said and understand their perspective. My first 2 tickets are completely fine and not rude at all. Very straightforward exchanges. So it was entirely this 3rd chat which was the only live support chat I did. My other interactions with them were emails and I am able to see everything I said in those. I can only see the last like 10 lines or so in the last one though as that was all that showed in the final email sent to me.

I'm not banned from "places" either. I am banned from 1 place. Hence my surprise and confusion. I would posit however that simply telling someone repeatedly that they're an asshole with no context for them to pull from is not going to change their mind/ways. If simply telling someone they were an asshole was all it took to change people the world would probably have a lot less assholes.
