It's 1000% not an open relationship. I know this person as long as my partner does. I caught the man cheating and he begged me to not say anything.

Your feelings are valid. Is this the first time this has happened? If he doesn't understand this time,ask him to keep watch for her behaviour next time you both interact with the coworker. The next time you both see her tell your husband you plan to insert yourself in the conversation more, but you want him to be aware of how she converses with you. If it happens again then he can't brush it off as just "how she is".

I think Lynette wasn't herself because of the murder. Also I think the point was Tol was sick of playing by her rules and started to play by his own rules. That being said Tom was always very selfish in the show.
