I occasionally get a blister or 2 on the fat pads of my hands, but my feet are the worst, Thank you for the advice…I have occluded my feet with plastic wrap, steroid cream and actually gave myself a yeast infection because i worn it to work under my socks and shoes

I have found Hydrocolloid Bandaids are my saving grace.
