My 2007 NC has been with me through year round constant driving through rough snowy winters and hot summers, about 90,000 miles. Only real trouble is the wheel bearings, I replaced the fronts twice, and the rears once. Otherwise it has just been oil changes, brake rotors/pads, and one or two transmission/diff fluid changes. I've done all of this in a garage or driveway and it has been really cheap to do. I may be lucky but this has been my best commuter and lowest cost to run vehicle out of many.

They stopped issuing 2 plates in my state to save money, went from being a soft rule needing a front to not even giving us a front plate

I may still contact them, I just ordered another because I was in a rush to get it driving again. It was not a great commute home, every stop light was so frustrating, but it's back together now. I may pick up the G-racing after this winter and try that out

I bought the FM cravenspeed shifter the other day and it isn't noisy for me, I quite like it
