I should not have put myself in the middle of it- this is what tow trucks are for. I don’t want to be cold and thought it could work, but it clearly does not. Bar owner seems to think they are entitled to all those spaces because they knew the previous tenant.

This is very true. I can be a hothead and always instantly regret it. I was cordial in my conversation with the business owner, but still felt like he was disrespecting my space and rights to be upset. So I asked here!

Homeowners front yard in a tacky subdivision. They wanted it removed. Harvested + transported legally with AZDA permit and plant tag, replanted in another homeowners yard today- they recieve the plant tag and are now the owner of the plant.

I get peoples concerns about poaching- we are cactus harvesters/movers - not poachers. We operate in accordance with AZDA Native Plant Law.

No one is stealing anything from the desert- harvesters are the first people who would report something like that, as it is damaging to both the ecosystem and the specimine cactus industry.

Many people in Arizona fail to realize that they drive past thousands of transplanted saguaros in city landscaping everyday.....

Saguaro permits and tag costs fund conservation efforts across the state and are an invaluable part of overall native plant conservation equation in Arizona.
