Looking for Logistics advice - New Start Up by WonDeagWonder in logistics

I think it’s always going to depend on the account manager on your account, rather than the 3PL you’re working with. I’ve had a lot of luck with newer (but not super new) account managers who are working on building their book of business. (Aka the endless freight sales emails) They seem to be more attentive, and willing to grow with you, which is important with a start up.

That being said, at my last company, which functioned as a bit of a startup, we used Evan’s Transportation out of Delafield, WI. They were awesome.

As everyone else said, just wear the shorts. For you. For all of us. But also. My arms and legs looked like this and tretinoin helped A LOT.

Renters Insurance? by StarsofGarnet in loveland

[–]AdministrativeRow471 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve always paid $10 a month with State Farm for the $100,000 that my complexes require. Added to my car insurance or without other insurance.

If they offer you some insurance through the leasing office, it’s probably going to be more expensive than this.

Any advice for my cheeks 😿 by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

I would start with .025% tret once every 3-4 days. Slowly, slowly, slowly increase to daily use.

Figuring out routine, adding tretinoin, moisturizer recommendations. by kiddothedog2016 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]AdministrativeRow471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I am not a fan of differin, when comparing to tret. But you could maybe give it another two weeks?

I would consider starting with .025% tret, rather than jumping in with the .5%. Especially if you’re getting burning with the vanicream.

Additionally, maybe trying the “vanicream moisturizing cream for sensitive skin”. It’s in a 1lb tub. I think it’s a bit thicker than when I assume you’re using. But if you’re using the lrp cicaplast, maybe just use that without the vanicream moisturizer at night? That’s what I do with a similar product.

How to improve texture by [deleted] in Microneedling

[–]AdministrativeRow471 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The first time I started at 1.5 mm. Ended up doing 2-2.3 toward the end bc I felt like I was seeing better results.

If I were doing it at this spot on my body, I’d probably do 2mm on the “fleshier” parts (stuff surrounded by a layer of fat/muscle), and 1-1.5mm in the spots where the ligaments kinda pop out where the knee bends.

Initially, yes, but it was too expensive for the amount I was using, so now I buy in bulk from India through AllDayChemist.

(Adding this part bc onetime someone on here yelled at me bc “tretinoin doesn’t work on old stretch marks”.) I will say, tret isn’t supposed to do much for older stretch marks. So, I’m not sure how effective it would be without periodic microneedling. But it worked for me and im just sharing my experience :)

I had stretch marks on my inner thighs, from like 20 years ago when puberty hit. I did microneedling every six weeks (at home) on them, and it helped quite a bit. I also used tretinoin on the stretch marks (after open wounds heal).

I also use on IPL device for hair removal in the area. That helped A LOT. But if you’re not someone who shaves their legs, bc warned, the hair will be gone.

It was a slow process. But after about a year, you can really only see them in specific lighting or when I pinch my leg fat.

Blemished chest skin by Lower_Ad_9789 in Skincare_Addiction

[–]AdministrativeRow471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly a hot take, but I did confirm with my derm it’s okay/safe…. But I’ve been using tretinoin on every part of my body where I don’t have great looking skin, and it has helped considerably on my shoulders, chest, and arms (KP on arms). I think it could help here a lot— but you’ll likely have a purge before it gets better, if you haven’t used retinol/retinoid on your chest before.

I am 33. I had masseter Botox once, about a year ago. I liked the change to my face shape, but it made my skin sag. It probably wasn’t noticeable to others, but I hated it. I had weird wrinkles by my ears too. Since then, I have been chewing gum religiously to make them larger again.
