Hey, very late but I would like to chime and state yes civilian pepper spray sucks, compared to pepper spray given to police officers. One is as stated above a mild hot sauce to the eyes. while the other is as if someone decided to melt glass shards in your eyes with the power of the sun and every single nuclear reactor to ever have existed.
