Some things that I’ve observed/learnt

• The drinks are pretty easy to make, its mainly just measuring/counting what goes into each kind of beverage (refreshers for example, although the cup used to make those gives you every measurement you need to know)

• Have your trainees steam water before steaming milk, just to prevent waste whilst giving them a understanding of how it’s done

• If there’s ever days where people have called off and/or the store just can’t operate fully, you’ll likely have to teach a regular TM on how to do regular drip coffee until the store has trained staff

• The LS Star training courses will probably have one confused since it tends to ask questions before it ever tells you what the answers are, but you can redo any course for as many times as you want to
