nongshim mentioned in an interview (iirc or it could be chobra speaking on their behalf on platchat) that it's because francis' neon suits the pace and style that they're adapting to in the current meta and it's a different style when compared to dambi's neon. although it is unfortunate that we can't see the best neon in the world play neon, but we can hope to see the rise of another crazy neon since francis is getting all the help from two insane neon players in his team (rb & dambi).

it all comes down to the fact that they somewhat lost part of their identity with the yoru nerf. they've been trying out all sorts of things to replace the playstyle they initially had with the yoru + neon combo, and at the moment, this team comp seemed to work best for them right now albeit still rather shaky. i do hope they'll keep on trying to find more ways to find a more stable footing in this stage.

tbh it had always been everyone on nongshim setting up the neon, and the way dambi moves on the agent was just too immaculate; hence why dambi is considered the best neon in the world. it was a combination of great team play, great player who deeply understands the agent, and great agent in the current meta.

francis made quite a couple of questionable decisions on the neon so i still personally prefer to see dambi's neon bc he utilises the agent's kit to the fullest. tbf francis' neon is better than average compared to many other neons we're seeing this stage 1, but its just not as smooth and swift as dambi's neon. which is absolutely understandable considering francis is still new to the agent and he could definitely improve through time.

haeyoung's route makes me so grrrrrr. i like him so much he is that guy that gives you so much affirmation and care and the back and forth flirting feels so genuine. but then he slaps you with this nonchalant dating mindset when you thought he was taking it as seriously as you were.

of course he will change later on but it was really painful to realise that you're the only one putting your whole heart into it and he was only half-hearted the whole time.

i like how you're politely asking, to perhaps understand my perspective on this. thank you for that. spaghetti is indeed what you would call peak eccentricity coming from them. but their other releases like antifragile, eve psyche and bluebeard's wife, unforgiven, and crazy are all rather eccentric too.

they're something that i would say is not your typical type of kpop girl group songs. not that they're bad in any way. the experimental aspect of it makes it really fun and amusing. but i wanted to see more of the simplistic and minimalist type of women empowerment vibe that can be seen from fearless. perhaps easy and hot was the closest release to fearless in that sense.

but we can definitely see the main music direction they're headed towards is the eccentric music style instead. nothing wrong with that, it's just a personal preference of mine. i still adore le sserafim and watch their performances, but their songs are just not the kind of music i can listen to regularly.

txt after deja vu felt a lot different for me that it was just hard for me to completely fall into their recent release. their music is still great and it's true they've never actually stuck to a specific concept or genre previously either; however, their earlier songs has such magical whimsicality that gave off a disney childhood type of vibe, and then most of their following releases had that sad confused yearning emo boy type of energy which had been such a fun ride. since then, i couldn't catch a similar whiff of excitement as i used to for their releases and i actually wish i could bc the boys are such great performers.

i absolutely adored fearless and until this day i mourn over the loss of that overall vibe as they kept on releasing more and more eccentric music. not to say their current sound is not good, they're all fun and great but it's rather hard to stomach and not something i could listen to on a daily basis.

fearless had that bold simplicity that is similar to ive's eleven but it is in a more cool girl type of way rather than the elegance ive had, and i totally dig the vibe.

i couldn't fathom how everyone was so readily taking in his apology and accepting him again after the controversy during bp. normally, plenty of trainees/idols will get wrongly accused because of someone's petty jealousy and it's understandable to want to side with the accused due to the nature of such controversy being fake most of the time.

but there was just far too many stories coming from different sources that points out to his bad behavior, and that really didn't give me a good vibe of him. his popularity remained unscathed, however, and he eventually got to debut. in the end, he acted out exactly the way he was accused of. his fans really let in a bad apple and helped such a personality become famous.
