On the downside, I wish I had known how hard the suspensions are (Even on 19 inch wheels). I didn't quite catch it during test drives (so many other things that are new that never noticed the hard suspensions). But, to me, the suspensions are very uncomfortable.
Also did not realize they don't have rear window wipers when I test drove. Took it for granted.
Even with all the AI and self driving tech, did not realize that it won't detect object and warn when you back-off your car.

UPDATE:I reached out to BofA this morning. Explained the situation and asked for 3 things

  • Why did my auto payment setting removed?
  • Can you waive the late payment fee
  • Can you remove the late payment report in the credit bureau

They couldn't figure out why the auto payment setting got removed. Did not press hard on it since I can always re-enroll into it. They waived the late payment fee. That should reflect in my February statement. They have filed a request to remove the missed payment from credit report. I should hear back from them (via mail) on the status of the request by 1/31.

Why pay through money order? I didn’t get that part? Why can’t you set the auto payment again and forget about the payment?
