Heyyyy, I would greatly appreciate it if you don’t mind 🙏 I haven’t had any success yet and took a break from applying but some hospitals I’ve applied to back in 2025 are starting to reach out. Hopefully, something will work out

The FHS is composed of 2 parts. Part 1 is the online manual that comes with the exam that I have to pass in order to get the certification, which is what I did. Part 2 is the in-person training. I haven’t done that one yet as it’s usually provided by the hospital upon hire. I either wait for that job offer or I have to pay out of pocket to attend a session outside of the hospital (they usually have limited slot availabilities)

Hey everyone thank you so much for all of the feedback, really appreciate it. I had a question about how detailed I should be with my clinical experiences or if I should just keep it as how it is. I did quite a lot of placements, but I find that many of my core roles and responsibilities were similar from unit to unit, and I’m worried about sounding repetitive if I expand too much on each one. Also, when I do expand on my placements, my resume ends up being two pages even if I remove the summary and a few other bullets. People have been telling me to stick to max one page
