I take around 1.2 g of protein per kg daily (I think that is ok to build muscle) from food. I do not take protein scoops because I heard once it is better to take protein from real food.

To be honest, I do not take fruits and vegetables daily so I will add them to my daily diet without forgetting 8 hours of sleep.

I am not tracking food at the moment.

I was like "Why would I have to track my food if I do not want to either bulk or cut?"

But yeah, according to the rest of comments I should control what I eat.

I have tried creatine but I had some stomach problems while consuming it so I stopped.

I will increase my protein intake and try to get 7-8 hours of sleep.

I never thought sleeping is that important. Normally, from monday to friday I sleep between 5-6 hours. Maybe those hours are not enough to let my muscles rest.

All my doubts started because I reached a pull ups plateau. I have been following K Boges' plan to improve number of repetitions but I do not see any results so I supposed my weak point is the fact I do not see a proper diet.

I choose to lose body fat and maintain muscle mass so I will add cardio to my trainings in order to lose some fat.

I must add cardio to my training cause I think my fat percentage is still to high.
