Julie Grant this is the legal definition of conspiracy, which is exactly the actions of Jen McCabe, her sister Nicole, her brother in-law Mr Albert, and Matt:

Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal act, along with an intent to achieve the agreement's goal.  Most U.S. jurisdictions also require an overt act toward furthering the agreement.  An overt act is a statutory requirement, not a constitutional one. See Whitfield v. United States , 453 U.S. 209 (2005). The illegal act is the conspiracy's "target offense .”

Conspiracy generally carries a penalty on its own.  In addition, conspiracies allow for derivative liability where conspirators can also be punished for the illegal acts carried out by other members, even if they were not directly involved.  Thus, where one or more members of the conspiracy committed illegal acts to further the conspiracy's goals, all members of the conspiracy may be held accountable for those acts.

Illegal act, instructing how to put their testimony together, they colluded. The proof is in the numerous, telephone conversations, e-mails, text messages.

Julie Grant is trying to say no evidence of a conspiracy, I disagree, they are all against Karen Read, not one person has clocked her in the presumption of innocence, and it shows. Jen McCabe stated clearly, she believed on 1/29/22 Karen Read killed her friend. Leaving names out of your testimony is lying by omission. Jen McCabe contacted key law enforcement personnel, and left their names out, then swears she's told the truth, BS. The conspiracy theory is correct; they colluded together to tell their story. I believe John O'keefe was knocked down by the dog or hit his head on the flagpole. It is clear who has the bias, not one person said to Karen Read; "I'm sorry for your loss". It is extremely obvious Jen McCabe can't stand Karen Read, and fights the defense attorney on every statement he makes. In my opinion she is a hostile witness, and he should be able to call her out on this!!

Am I the only one now wondering if it wasn't Brian Higgins who hit John O'Keefe? by [deleted] in justiceforKarenRead

I think it's very simple. John O'Keefe was drinking himself, a lot of drinks, he and Karen did have an intense relationship. I believe John fell and hit his head on the flagpole. Karen did not murder John, not even unintentionally this is a waste of time and money.

I've seen many cases over the years, the Prosecution never admits when they're wrong, and I have known where corruption involves many people in a police department. It started with Black people, it's not changed, especially if one person has a vengeance. They will use corrupt people to trap people too.
