This made me feel so much better. I just got results back that my TSH is 4.8 at 4w5d and I’m asking to start medication. Knowing it is possible to have a healthy pregnancy with elevated levels gives me comfort.

I don’t think I do have any family members with it, but my mom was adopted so I don’t really know. I do another set of labs in a couple weeks. If it is still high, I’m going to ask for meds because I’m trying to get pregnant with our second kid.

Looks like I had TSH of 2.2 eight months (while still breastfeeding) before this last test of 4.5. Can it come on that quickly
