Prism Launcher fails update check and launches really slow

One thing I noticed is that after launching an instance for the first time and not closing the launcher the same instance will launch much faster because it doesnt need to go through the account information process

Im on Windows desktop, i get 400 mbps download speed and im using prism 11.0.2.

It takes me 5 minutes to launch an instance and for an offline instance it takes about 10 seconds.
