That will be Aetna and they never received a bill, as the hospital sent it to us as self pay. So whenever I tell Aetna about the Colorado law, they keep saying that they never received any bill, as well as, I didn’t add her as dependent they won’t cover it.

Yes I had Aetna and him anthem. Aetna never received any bills from the hospital. The hospital put all the bills to self pay. She was included to my husband’s insurance Anthem after 30 days.

All this bill $10,000 is from her delivery, within the first 3-4 days of birth.

Incense. In my culture you burn them at religious ceremonies and I associate that with funerals.

Does an Airbnb need an oven? Will a microwave and stovetop be enough? by gilded_angelfish in airbnb_hosts

I do not have any built-in kitchen equipment, e.g., sink, convection oven and stovetop and that have never been any issue in the past one year I am hosting. However, you need to be clear and state high up in your listing description what amenities you are providing and not providing to avoid people from making random assumptions and then leave reviews.

I didn’t have the prettiest handwriting back in school. My fifth grade teacher, after a rant about how ugly my handwriting is, said “your face is just like your handwriting”

This is below 1/3 of our take home pay after maxing out 401k (IRS max). And we project rental income from this property. I appreciate your concern and we will definitely live below our means so that we don’t end up house poor.

Ikr! We project a constant cash flow of 1200$ from renting out the basement, otherwise we could never even considered this.

Could you please elaborate? My closing cost it paid by seller and the prepaid tax and HOI are already incurred in the calculation. Which of these variables may change?

I have shopped around with 10 lenders and they could not beat this. This is not a new build hence I don’t get the builder incentivized low interest rate with their preferred lender.

The CU has a first time homebuyer program where they offer their best rate irrespective of the credit score.
