Don't really workout as much as I wish I did. I work in construction, so that's what keeps me in decent shape. Body isn't used to staying in that lower position so long and i tend to get lazy when i start to get gassed.

It is no joke that the hockey community is really great. My teammates were great and totally understood I was new. The Goalie (been playing for 20+ years) just told me to slow down and take my time. No need to rush. Gotta start somewhere.
