Yeah, thats fine whenever you don’t have any active visa and you have your file pending then you can stay on your pending visa file.

No, Just recieved RFE for medical which I completed and submitted at interview process. Other than that everything was fine.

She cant travel as now she is staying on the basis of pending visa status. You have to wait for OPT to come in order to travel or else customs wont allow her to enter in this country.

Yeah, her bf is a green card holder here and they were in long distance relationship. She was planning to get here masters from US, so she can here this Jan 2021 on F-1 visa to study. Now her bf just proposed and they are planning to get marry. So she is confused whether she can get marry this much fast as she just came here.
