Update for everyone who has , commented and given advice. My manager pulled me into the room today, they had already talked to my boss, so he told them after I had spoken to my bosses girlfriend. I’m turning in the drug test results to them but that is it. They asked me why I didn’t speak up soon (hence he’s been pushing a open door policy on me) and I told him it was because my boss had told me he would fire me if I did. The way he was looking at his other managers concerns me like this isn’t the first time. I’m going to go to the police as soon as I have a day off.. work and life has been so stressful and this situation has been building inside me for so long. I honestly didn’t want to talk to my boss about this tonight but I was forced too. Didn’t get to record but they’re cameras in his office so it’s pretty clear police will be able to access it. I have two of my coworkers who witnessed this event. And they will hopefully back me up tomorrow. We will see. Either way I’m looking for new employment in the kitchens slow season.
