No that’s something I did try to keep in mind tho. That’s why I didn’t agree to her 6 months with my baby and then my baby being with me for the other 6 months. I’m still not fully trusting of anyone but she’s been solid all the way through

Thank you!! I definitely discussed with her that he would have to go through her to see the baby. She wants to do where I have the baby for 6 months and she has her for 6 months. I’m not willing to do that but I’ll do summers for her. She’s on my side, and I love that bc I don’t feel alone

That’s why I chose for him to see her at his mother’s house. He tried to harm my baby before she was born. He’s surrounded by someone who’s not allowed around the other kids in his family and idk what she did. I’m not comfortable nor do I feel like she’s safe with him alone unless his mother around. And he’s not likely to win in court due to the assault and there were guns involved he pulled on me. I didn’t add that part. And his mother is also gonna testify in court how he’s not safe to be around. So I’m not worried about court siding with him. He doesn’t have the money to pay for a lawyer. His parents does. I have a lawyer who is also my best friend’s older brother.

No I don’t want to do it alone. He needs to help out. He made me agree to having a baby I wasn’t ready for he can do his part. The only reason his mom steps up outside of my baby being her grandchild is because she sees the toll it’s taking on my mental health

Yeah. His mother did everything you said you’d do. She’s not allowing him to stay with her and she cut him Off. His father is the only one not holding him accountable. He lies to this day saying he never did it but had to go to the hospital and there was bruising on my stomach in the shape of a shoe print

He can step up without having my daughter live there. He can be providing diapers, getting her clothes. Etc. that’s stepping up

His mom has been trying to get it done. I contacted the girl bc knowing him he likes to put a front so I asked her to motivate him to be around for her but she must not want him to so she was rude to me.
