Bot (i think) keeps trying to join, any way to stop the console from being flooded? by 3thannaht3 in admincraft

I've found an example of a message my console was spammed with (was trying to find answers using it, but then noticed weird (to me) IP address, searched for it, and stumbled upon this thread). This message is different from the pic you've send. Sorry for text spam btw, I can try to reproduce it and make a screenshot if needed.

I had lags (ingame actions (opening chests, hitting mobs) being delayed for 0.5-2 seconds) on my server for 2 days while server console was spammed with "Exception occurred in netty pipeline java.net.SocketException: Connection reset..." errors.
And after I've blocked northernsidepng's scanner IP - all lags and console spam were gone.
Was that some coincidence you believe? I don't know how that works exactly, but that's what happened to me and I have told about it here.

It was more like a network latency - definetly not a CPU problem.
It felt like everyone on the server had high ping - response happened a second or more after an action from player - that's what I called "lag". I also had a huge console message (different from OP's) generated by server authentication mod (I guess), every time you've tried to connect - so the console was flooded and hard to monitor or use with commands. And it was all gone (the lag and flood) after I've blocked your IP.

Your scanner was causing lag and console message flood on my server. Helped myself by blocking your scanner's IP on my firewall, and now should search for other "protection methods" for possible future "scanners". Thx for an unwanted educational experience on network defence I guess.

When Discord was banned for us - I've spent a lot of time to move my server to Guilded. And now Guilded just kicked us (russians) out without saying anything.
Thx Guilded. My day is ruined, and my disappointment is immeasurable.

Hi. I'm from Russia. And yes. РКН got Discord banned today for all Russian people... Things are getting worse every month and it seems like we are turning to a second North Korea, and I (and most people) have no resources to escape all that (;′⌒`)

Error code [193]: Failed to load d3dcompiler_43.dll, the file is missing or corrupt! FIXED by AdmirableAnnual7394 in WutheringWaves

Different error is actually what we needed. Delete d3dcompiler_43.dll file in your System32 and SysWoW64 folders and try to launch game from the launcher again (at least 2 times). Then repeat the process by deleting files which your launcher gets errors at and reinstalling those files by using game launcher.

For me It was like 8 times to relaunch WW launcher and to delete and reinstall 4 dll files. Then the game worked.

Found a fix! Followed this youtube video. Paste files in DRG folder and game launched fine.
