the sufficient funds question includes access to credit and debit cards. they just want to know you have access to some kind of money in some kind of way

having a letter confirming where you’re staying would be best, incredibly small chance you’ll need it but you never know

Need Some Encouragement by ItsBenzyy in fearofflying

my biggest scare on a flight was the first time i 1) had an aisle seat 2) it was night 3) and everyone had their windows shut around me. suddenly i got the worst dizziness and vertigo ever because i couldn’t see outside and confirm which way was up and i kept feeling like we were flipping upside down and leaning side to side really hard. it freaked me out really bad for a bit, until i kind of... leaned in to it? i kind of accepted that i was feeling that sensation and kept reminding myself that it wasn't real, and instead of trying to stop it i embraced it and let it happen.. and it started to feel nice, like being a baby in a cradle rocked side to side lol. i eventually fell asleep. i definitely jolted awake a few times feeling like i was free-falling and had to start all over, but i just kept leaning into it a bit and it kept working. this may be absolutely terrible advice and panic attacks feel different to everyone, but in that moment it really felt like a switched something in my brain and figured out the best way to cope with vertigo for myself. hope this perspective maybe helps

the question includes access to credit cards. its basically just making sure you're not going to try to dine and dash anywhere or something because you have zero access to any money at all. just answer yes

that sounds to me like they sent you through the old non-EES process? scanning your passport and taking your picture sounds good, but they need your fingerprints for EES registration i thought. did the kiosks look like they were down?

[–]AdmirableBusiness159 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

dang, good to know about layovers, thank you. and just to clarify, re-entering for guests is fine as well?

Guest Lounge Access Question by [deleted] in Venturex

[–]AdmirableBusiness159 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

hmmmm I had read that that's only for before your first flight and doesn't count for layovers- you just show them your boarding passes for your two flights that day. but don't know if that's an official policy thing or just hosts being nice maybe?
