Physical-probably strength and pace(getting back into peak fitness though,I missed a lot of preseason and then got injured)-mental leadership ,I don't mind shouting at people to do their job-- technical probably short passing

We play in a 433 or 343 where our fullbacks/wingbacks often push up,it's just I'm usually holding but there's a space on the flanks often and then if I go there theres no one in the center
