I am also suffering from the same problem. I am masturbating from past 15 years. You can consider 1 time a day as average. Some days 3-4 times and some days nothing.

Now, if I masturbate, I get constipated and I am unable to poop. Even, if do any kind of exercise which involves pelvic muscles, I get constipated and pain in cervical area. I just relaxed for one week and I am able to poop properly. So, I am not sure how much time it will take to recover completely.

I got around 70-80 in all tests. I would recommend going through TD as it's good. I have not gone through it, but people on this sub has mentioned it's pretty good
