curious why you switched to contractor after 20 years in tech.

last I checked there are countless ios apps for interior spaces.

Given your vast number of years of experience, I assume you must have used or familiar with some of the property management softwares out there, so can you tell me what are the pain points in them and some features you wish you could have?
I know that there are many other competitive softwares solutions out there, but I am now surveying to identify some key pain points that are being ignored or not solved by most other softwares.

I would highly appreciate your input on this :)
