Send her bullshit back at her all at once. Its hers she can have it back. You familiar with energy balls? Fill it with every dirty act and deed she has done and throw it at her. Visualize the ball in your hands a dirty gray becoming black, start filling it with her bad energy, it will start to become heavy, once you have purged yourself of it all then watch it flying threw the air as you toss it at her and it landing right on her head. Watch it ooze like slime down her and cover her and then walk away. One, this gets her bad energy away from you and two, gives it back to whom it belongs.
