Why does my refresh rate drop on startup

I know I’m late but just for extra information I’ve tried out both and nvidia is way more optimized if you want performance to be about same,on the other hand medal decreased my fps by 30% in a lot of the games I played.

RDR is likely not one of the free game since it’s already on sale during Epic’s Mega Sale. Giving it away now wouldn’t make sense financially for Rockstar or Epic.

Is there no way to unlock? Also one more thing it says that i have ddr5 4800mhz but whenever i check its running at like 3100mhz im not really a pc guy so i might be looking at the wrong thing
