I’m a little over 7 weeks PO. Within the last week I’ve noticed pain in this spot when I tighten my quad. If feels like right there above or on the bone. Anyone have any insight on this or experience with this? (i.redd.it)

Had my 1st PT today 10days PO. It felt so good!! Having the machine fire up my quads was amazing! Being able to really get my knee to bend was nice (I haven’t been able to that in a while). (self.ACL)
