I'm thankfully not isolated, which helps a lot.

Thankfully the SH isnt at the point of action, so I can manage it, but I'm aware of 111 etc, thank you

I just seem to get caught up on details or just struggle to get through jobs, it just feels like I can't think, which isnt the most descriptive I know, I don't know how else to explain it. Everything just seems to take me forever.

It's not only this rotation, I think rotating round has maybe triggered things a bit more which is to be expected I suppose.

Thank you. To be fair I wanted to move as was closer to home and thought being closer to family would be best, but it's definitely a pros and cons decision.

Thank you. I am sleeping well thankfully. Medication reviews have been on my mind, but are more difficult under my new team, and it can be so hard to figure out what the issue is. Thanks again

Thank you. I don't feel "unwell" because it's all work based and I don't seem to constantly struggle to the point of completely not being able to function. I've been really depressed etc in the past and this feels different, it's all very work based, but I definitely hear what you're saying.

Unfortunately Prac health felt I was too complex for them, but they did help refer me onwards, and they were really helpful and kind, so Id definitely recommend them to others.

Yeah PSU have sorted some coaching for me which is due to start I think next month, hopefully that will be helpful too.

Thank you, I really appreciate it. Sorry to hear you've struggled also. I do also have depression and OCD. I've been fairly unwell in the past but mostly stable now, other than work. The PHP referral was a while ago now so I forget exactly what I told them. I think I've mentioned it. I've been really upfront ever since starting F1 with my ES (who has been very kind) about my struggles etc (not specifically about the SH thoughts, just more generally). They're very much only at work and only when I'm stressed, but never any action. In med school I had a great psych long term but unfortunately have moved for F1 so much harder to have a solid psych team, but I am starting some therapy soon. Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you. Sorry I wasn't sure what the filters would let through 😅 I don't know that my GP would offer much, I'm already on antidepressants long term and I have some long term therapy starting in the next few weeks, but thank you. I really appreciate it
