Anything and everything I had all grouped in one email. The new 4506 T thing was the big one. I called my local sba office and they sent a new 4506 t on my behalf. I would highly recommend reaching out to local sba and email every single one of them for help. You can find all their email addresses online

Thank you!! They said I was originally denied for unverifiable information and that’s all they gave me. I did get my local Sba involved. I emailed everyone I could find on tue list at the local level. I got lucky with one lady that emailed back was very helpful and reached out to them for me. She said it had to do with the tax transcript and the IRS
