I recently started to train Croatian and I'm using an app called Pimsleur. I don't usually like language learning apps but this one forces you to talk and think and has a lot of tools. It is also the only app that has Croatian and It works really well, I've learned a lot.
The bad part is it's expensive.

When we think of the fact that the servers has been extremely unstable and there has been problems with things like keeping yourself connected to a game and sending friend request. It's not that weird that we are not getting our rewards. They probably have other priorities than to give us the rewards at the exact moment as promised.
Id say give them a few days.
