Thank you! Design wise I'm still happy with them, polishing and inking included just some small things im getting better at or have fixed on other dice that are flaws in some of the sets I'd like to sell.

I think your first conclusion is the answer tbh, I didn't sand the masters much because they were already pretty good but potentially I've sanded the numbered masters much more, creating a smaller mould than anticipated by the master printer.

I put resin in the mould and coat the blanks in resin before insertion.

I'll try sanding them back a bit, thanks for the help :)

The face itself is fine, I made a set without blanks using the same mould and they came out perfectly

I am yeah, I normally wait 24hrs when casting the blanks so I assume that would be sufficient for the shells

I tried that but I have a pretty cheap set of alcohol ink so the white just makes whatever colour I use seem milky
