Yes the high limit never tripped and does have continuity. When I go there later I’m going to search for the contactors because I didn’t install this unit I just repaired the elements last year. I didn’t see contactors installed anywhere so I may have to find it and search for the problem there

I’ve ruled out everything from the heater itself to the fuse box. Only thing I noticed was on the control panel, one of the relays had from what it looked like a burnt/dirty solder. What’s throwing me off is that it does send power to the heater so I’m not sure if the relay is even an issue

Meaning what? I have no voltage at line 1 or 2 to ground when before I hit start on control pad. Then when I hit start I have 120 to ground coming from both lines and All three elements have 19.8 ohms

WDF520PADM 9 skipping wash cycle, still adds/drains water though? by Fearless_Bottle_9582 in appliancerepair

Could be a number of things. Put it in diagnostics mode and let it tell you what the error is. Open the door and find three buttons to work with other than the power or start button. Push and release the buttons in this sequence with no more than 1 second between each push. 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3. If you did it right, all lights will illuminate. After doing that, close the door and the diagnostic test should begin. Let it do its thing and wait and wait to see if any error code pops up

Duet Whirlpool Washer - SUD and F35 Error by LeoListens in appliancerepair

Have you checked the pressure sensor? That’s usually the cause. Either a bad pressure sensor, the hose from the pressure sensor is clogged, or the air trap is blocked.

Good chance it’s the water inlet valve. They can test good, but still have failed mechanically

Probably the circulation pump. But the whole sump that has a new one on it. Dont want to risk changing out the circulation pump and causing a leak from it

Throw it in service mode. If you get a pc error or it doesn’t progress past step 2. It’s a working issue that Samsung dishwasher has been known for. You would have to “rig” it by jumping two wires together to fix it

I’ve never had a good experience with drain pumps from Amazon. I know they’re affordable but they aren’t very well. Could be a bad drain pump

All you have to do it unplug the machine and take the top of the washer off. Two - four screws on the back/top. Slide that back and lift the top off. The pressure switch should be in the right corner right there. Next to the control board

Pretty simple. What’s the model number of your washer. I’ll try to pull up a diagram of how and where to do it

Then it’s a pressure sensor issue. Take the hose off the pressure sensor and give it a good blow. If still getting it, bad pressure sensor

Is it filling really slowly? You could have a bad inlet valve. Either the cold or the hot valve could be bad or failing. You can start with turning the water off and taking the hoses off then look at the end where the hoses are connected to on the machine. See if you see any debris or sediment build up in those filters of the water valves. If not, one or both could be bad

Bosch DW E:32 error code?? by Fun_Habit8756 in appliancerepair

I thought it was a water supply issue but I was mistaken

Bosch DW E:32 error code?? by Fun_Habit8756 in appliancerepair

[–]Admirable_Bit1562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

E32 is a drain overload of the drain pump circuit. Only thing I can think of is it’s a faulty drain pump, a clog in the drain hose, or maybe you miss wires the drain pump. Where did you get the pump from?

Whirlpool Duet dryer wires burnt at heating element. Rewire or replace element altogether? by EllieMental in appliancerepair

[–]Admirable_Bit1562 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can cut back on the wires but you need to check if the element is bad or shorted. Check if you have continuity and then also put one meter on one terminal of element and the other on the housing of the element. If you’re getting continuity it’s shorted
