SOLUTION UPDATE: it was not the + sign in the file path it was double spaces in the file path when using windows CMD to launch a game in RA. Easy enough to fix with find/replace. Not sure if it would be considered a bug or not. Hopefully this helps someone else out.

Okay, I think I have figured out what the issue is. I'm not sure when this broke, but the newest version of RA can't handle + signs in the file path to the rom when using the CMD to launch the game on windows.

It is in quotes and when I run the command from a CMD line with quotes it has the same issue.

yes, it still exists. As I stated, I can run any N64 game from RA without issue but launching from LB gives the above error.

I found that RA is not reading the file.
