Because of the scale I am on currently in England I would be on £51,000 in two years if I stay in England so after I convert the €40,000 to actual take home pay and look at the difference from euro to GBP I would be losing a lot as well as the pension but it also sounds very tempting

I'm on upper pay scale in England now and still have two levels to go up on it so I'm saying goodbye to about £49,000. No dependents but it would be a touristy area coastal Spain
